The Meditation Temple.  Come and enter even if it is for just a few minutes.  Learn and  experience various forms of Meditation.

Location: Within the Cauldron




Please enter quietly

Take a seat

Get comfortable…



Take a few to breathe…..

Take three deep breaths in slowly and slowly release..


Sit back and up feet planted …


Breathe in  slowly 1 2 3 4 5

Hold 1 2 3


Now slowly release  5 4 3 2 1


Repeat again slowly


Now continue


Behold the flame




T ake a moment or two just to look at the flame

Feel the calm, the warmth  the love

The fire embraces you

It does not harm you


Now take a moment and stand ,stretch

However you wish to do this

When ready continue…



Take a deep breath in slowly 1 2 3 4 5


Slowly out, 5 4 3 2 1


Stretch arms out

Like a bird

Feel the air round…



Feel you self soaring upon the winds…



Now Feel your self arms out stretched  dancing

swirling  within the wind

You are embraced by the wind




Take a deep breath in and slowly release….


The Ocean…

Take a moment or a few to just behold the ocean



Now walk toward the water

Feel the sand warmed by the sun

Feel the setting sun on you

walk closer to the water

Feel the water kissing your feet

It feels good


Stay for a moment

Take a swim if you wish

You are embraced by water


Take a few moments  to breathe  in and out



Your feet is sinking into the soil of the earth

Earth is embracing you

You are connected to Mother Earth

You are One…
